Heart Healthy Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1/4 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup apple diced
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery

Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp raspberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

Toss salad ingredients together in a bowl.

For Vinaigrette Dressing:
Whisk or blend ingredients together in a small bowl. (Add additional honey or garlic to taste). Pour dressing over salad and enjoy!
